June Meeting
Hi Pholks
Just a little note we will our next meeting on June 9th at the Wortley Roadhouse at 7pm . The shirts have come in . I discussed the increase in cost and will have a detail list of the various costs of the different shirts . For those who weren't at the last meeting we had to change suppliers to get the shirts we wanted . We can also firm up numbers for Steve Julian's walk / run for cancer in association with Team Margaritaville . We need to come up with new Highway cleanup dates.
Hope to see you there .

Our Next Event
Hello Everyone,
It's Relay For Life time and, once again, and Joan and I have decided to forgo the all night, freeze your ass off scenario by hosting a proxy event on the afternoon of Saturday June 11th at our home, located at 399 Elderberry Avenue in North London. Those wishing to participate can use the attached file to encourage their unsuspecting friends and relatives to donate to a most worthy cause. Similar to last year, in order to be able to collect pledges online, and avoid the $10 registration fee (per head), ALL pledges for Team Margaritaville will have to be made under my name. We are listed under the NON-ATTENDING team banner.
First, let me know if you are interested in participating agin this year, and then take a quick peek at the attached document to make sure that you are clear on the pledge instructions. The attachent can be sent to all those on your list of supporters to assist in their donations. Last year we raised over $1500 for Team Margaritaville, which was donated to the Canadian Cancer Society by the London Parrothead Club. There will be a BBQ, rain or shine, and a good party. Unlike the actual Relay For Life, this will NOT be an alcohol free event. Hope to see some of you there on June 11th. An RSVP would be greatly appreciated.
Steve
P.S: Gord, please pass the word to any others in the Club who would like to participate . I have a link and instructions. If people are interested in getting that info please e-mail me at geeman8@sympatico.ca

As soon as I get the sizes I'll place the order , if we get sizes soon enough I may have the shirts for our next meeting .We will meet at the Wortley Road House in London at 7pm on the second Thursday of the month , I think it is the 14th.
