Spring Events
Great
turnout and a fantastic Day for dinner at Ronald McDonald House on March 30. Thank
you to all who were able to help out. A special thanks to Doreen and
Gregg for making sure we had everything we needed. I'm glad another
group of people we able to take a House Tour it really brings home the
important work RM house does.
Hope to see some of you on April 13 for the Heart and Stroke fitness challenge contact Denise if you can make it.
Cheers
- Denise Love Yes please let me know who can come to this great event as soon as possible. It is 9:30-2 on Sat April 13 and lets you try lots of cool fitness activities like zumba or yoga or martial arts. Your presence is more important than any donation you can give as the sponsor will be there ready to give the charity a $3000 cheque if we can get people participating in these heart healthy activities. Plus you get a chance to win prizes like bbq's, watches, bowling nights out and much more.

Hi Pholks
Our last meeting was entertaining with good conversation and a variety of foods. Mike Powell has kindly organized our new banner, the preview looks great ! We also discussed our next community event which will be preparing a meal for Ronald McDonald House on March 30 . I think we are going to cook burgers and salad with soft drinks on the side and dessert to be decided.
The third Wednesday of the month seems to work for us so our next meeting will be on February 20. We will gather at Braxton's in St. Thomas at 7 pm and check out their Wednesday specials. Hope to see you there .

Hi Pholks
Welcome to the New Year ! Our first meeting of the year will be on Wednesday January 16 at Bernie's Bar & Grill 1290 Byron Baseline at 7pm. We are moving our meeting day to try to make them more accessible for our members. I'll need information from members and signatures if possible , for the club's annual report. If you can make it to the meeting that would be fantastic.
Cheers,

Hi Pholks
It's that time of year again already . The annual decorating of the London Foodbanks Christmas float. The parade has moved up 1 week this year so our float decoartion Saturday is on November 10th. I know, I had the 17th written down also, I'll take any blame for problems. Hopefully Frakenstorm will be done by then and London will still be standing :). We also have a regular Foodbank volunteer day on Saturday December 15 .
Thanks to the Folks who braved the chill weather to do our highway cleanup. We did a great job getting a dozen or so bags of trash off of our section of Highway .
Our meeting this month will be in London , Gregg has offered to arrange our dinner at Smoke and Bones on Wellington . Should be good food and a fun atmosphere. The meeting will happen on Thursday November 8th at 7pm. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
Cheers
Cap'n Gord
